Energy Solutions

In an era of constantly rising energy costs… We have solutions!

We can help you to estimate the costs and benefits of potential energy reduction investments and determine where to focus your investment for the greatest returns and building impact. We can implement solutions, including operations practices and monitoring to reduce energy consumption, decrease operating costs, and improve the health and comfort of your building.

Benchmarking Your Building is the First Step

COAC’s energy consultants will complete an energy benchmark using EPA’s ENERGY STAR® guidelines that include, how you use your building compared to like buildings. We review your energy consumption to see how efficient your building is today and estimate the energy savings that can be expected.

Realtime Energy Auditing and Analysis

With COAC’s Building Advice™ Program, we are able survey the real-time occupant conditions and energy use in your building and provide a detailed analysis on the specific no and low cost actions  to reduce energy consumption.

CATALYST - Demand Control Ventilation Retrofit

A comprehensive HVAC energy efficiency upgrade that converts your constant volume rooftop HVAC units into a dynamic part-load system, matching the energy use to the true demands of the space, saving significant energy dollars.

Retro Commissioning Shows the Way to a More Efficient Building

As a management tool for building owners and managers, Retro Commissioning is used to help solve the challenges of assuring an efficient and comfortable indoor environment for the building occupants, with the least cost of maintaining the facility.

Track your power use with COAC’s pTabs™

Cooper Oates Air Conditioning has pioneered and maintained an automated Power Tracking & Billing System called pTabs™.  This monitoring and software system has been successfully installed in numerous large commercial buildings throughout California.  PTabs is particularly valuable for large buildings with Class A tenants, since power is tracked for both lease hours and after-hours use. We successfully help building owners recoup electricity costs by tenant for all or a portion of the space.

Cooper Oates Air Conditioning is your partner in saving energy and increasing the returns on your building investment.
