New Signature Ford Dealership

This new Ford signature car dealership located in Woodland, CA off Interstate 5 includes three structures: a sales office, drive-through canopy, and a service warehouse.

Scope of Work

This design-build project employed our HVAC and fabrication team to furnish and install all heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment in the showroom and service building including packaged heat pumps, exhaust fans, mini splits, louvers, evaporative coolers, heaters, and programmable thermostats. Title 24 calculations were provided by Cooper Oates during the design phase. After installation, startup, testing and air balance were completed.
