I'm not up on the roof with them, so rather than having to rely on their word alone, they are building my trust and confidence by taking images of any existing problem AND images after their repairs. This is exceptional.

The project progressed smoothly and precisely as scheduled. I received no complaints or concerns during the project. It went so well in fact that I did not visit the project once until it was completed. I have complete confidence in (your Foreman) Anthony Vallejos and had no inclination that his jobsite was anything but perfectly tended. The only job issue was that the access card which I issued that never worked correctly. Anthony was very adaptable and got the job done anyway.
