Ventilation System Installed for Brand-New Warehouses

The Cooper Oates HVAC construction team installed the ventilation system for two soon-to-be LEED-certified warehouse buildings. The completion of warehouse buildings 1 and 2 (441,618 and 275,807 square feet, respectively) fulfilled Phase 1 of this large-scale project in collaboration with the City of Rancho Cordova.

(6) 7.5 HP 1000 lb exhaust fans
(2) ¼ HP exhaust fans
(5) 10’x10’ louver assemblies with motorized dampers
(16) 9’x11’ louvers
(2) 10’x10’ louvers
(2) baseboard heaters
