HVAC Installation for New Hilton Home2 Suites

As the chosen mechanical contractor of a new Home2Suites in Petaluma, the Cooper Oates team installed new heating, ventilation, air conditioning and controls equipment for the 160-room hotel.

The hotel included hallways fed and serviced by multi-head condensers and fan coils, as well as various VRV Daikin systems for amenities and back-of-house. The hotel’s 160 guest rooms were outfitted with a Honeywell thermostat interfaced to a card reader/occupancy system to meet the newest California Energy Compliance rulings.

The Cooper Oates team coordinated the start-up of 65 PTAC’s, 85 9,000 BTU fan coils/condensers, 16 back-of-house systems, and completed the air balance to allow the hotel to gain its certificate of occupancy in an impressive two weeks.
