UC Davis Memorial Renewal Building Installation

Cooper Oates was chosen as the mechanical contractor for the remodel of the UC Davis memorial union. After demolition of the current mechanical equipment, we completed the installation of all new heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment including 37 new VAV terminal units, two split system ductless air conditioning units, two utility type exhaust fans, one sound trap, and schedule 40 black pipe for 38 VAV re-heat coils.

All ducting for the above equipment was provided and installed, as well as fire smoke dampers, air outlets, and both energy management and DCC controls.
