The Village Shopping Center in Elk Grove
Cooper Oates is proud to be the plumbing contractor for the soon-to-be Village Shopping Center, expected to open for business in 2026. The 112,000 sq. ft. retail center, located off of Elk Grove Boulevard, is one of Pappa's Investments' recent additions to the Elk Grove region.
The Village will feature popular eateries such as Mendocino Farms, Yard House, and Whole Foods.
