First off, they take photos of whatever they are communicating to be a problem. I'm not up on the roof with them, so rather than having to rely on their word alone, they are building my trust and confidence by taking images of any existing problem AND images after their repairs. This is exceptional.

They are fast, efficient, courteous, pleasant and considerate. Personal connection and relationship-based business is becoming more and more rare. It is such a relief to find caring human beings who pick up the phone and don't route you through endless wasteful phone trees when you call them.

I would like to thank you all for the successful completion of the HVAC redesign in the Bureau of Nursing recently. Recognizing and rectifying this complex issue portrays your dedication to customer satisfaction. The tenant is very happy with the operation of the system and is reporting excellent comfort levels.

The project progressed smoothly and precisely as scheduled. I received no complaints or concerns during the project. It went so well in fact that I did not visit the project once until it was completed. I have complete confidence in (your Foreman) Anthony Vallejos and had no inclination that his jobsite was anything but perfectly tended. The only job issue was that the access card which I issued that never worked correctly. Anthony was very adaptable and got the job done anyway.
